1. What we collect
Account details (name, phone or email, sign-in provider). What you create (tasks, notes, files, voice notes, events, money entries, mood logs). Usage and device data (app version, device type, crash reports). In company spaces, attendance punches with location only at the moment of punching, if the company turns it on.
2. How we use it
To run Minirak for you: sync across your devices, send reminders, run the AI features you allow, process payments, and answer support and feedback. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content to train public AI models.
3. Spaces and who sees what
Each space is separate. A company or team space can see only what you add to that space and what its data policy lists. It never sees your Personal or Freelance space. Your mood is private; a company sees only a team average, and only for groups of 5 or more people.
4. Minirak AI
When you ask the AI something, we send the relevant items from the modules you have allowed to our AI provider, only to answer that request. You can turn each module off in Access.
5. Permissions on your device
Notifications, calendars, microphone, contacts, location and camera are all optional and asked for when needed. You can change them any time in your device settings.
6. Sharing
With people you invite or share items with; with service providers that host data, send SMS and email, process payments and provide AI, under contracts that limit use to running Minirak; and when the law requires it.
7. Where data is stored
Data is stored in India for Indian accounts and in the EU or US for other regions, encrypted in transit and at rest.
8. How long we keep it
Until you delete it or your account. Deleted items stay in Recently deleted for 30 days. Meeting transcripts are kept for 90 days. Invoices and tax records are kept as long as the law requires.
9. Your rights
You can see, correct, export (JSON) and delete your data from Account and data, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to act for you. Contact TODO: privacy contact email; we reply within 30 days.
10. Children
Minirak is not meant for children under 13. Student mode is for students 13 and over, with parental consent where the law requires it.
11. Changes and contact
