1. Who we are
Minirak is a work and life app for phones, tablets, computers and browsers. These terms are an agreement between you and Minirak (TODO: registered legal operator name and business address). By creating an account or using Minirak you agree to them.
2. Your account
You need a phone number, an email address, or an Apple or Google account to sign in. Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country.
3. Spaces
Your account has a free Personal space and can join or create work spaces. The owner of a company or team space controls who can join and what each role can see in that space. A work space never gets access to your Personal or Freelance space.
4. Plans, trials and payment
Personal is free. Paid plans are billed monthly, yearly or once (lifetime, where offered), per space and, for Team and Company, per seat. New paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. Launch prices are 50% off for the first 12 months and then renew at the normal price. Prices are shown before GST or other taxes. Payments are taken by UPI, card, the App Store or Google Play.
5. Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel any time in Plan and billing. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund partial periods unless the law requires it. App Store and Google Play purchases follow their refund rules.
6. Your content
You own what you put into Minirak: tasks, notes, files, recordings and everything else. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to run the service for you and the people you share it with.
7. Minirak AI
AI features act only on the modules you allow. AI output can be wrong; check it before you rely on it, especially for tax, legal or money matters. We do not use your content to train public AI models.
8. Tax and compliance tools
GST, TDS and compliance features help you prepare documents. They are not tax or legal advice. Confirm your filings with a chartered accountant.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use Minirak to break the law, send spam, harass anyone, upload malware, or try to access data that is not yours. We may suspend accounts that do.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep Minirak available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may change features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Minirak is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Ending your account
You can delete your account from Account and data. It is removed after 30 days. You can download your data as JSON at any time before that.
